Have you seen the latest release from Rubbernecker? This release is full of adorable animal images, gorgeous background patterns, and some beautiful sentiments that are perfect for cards all year long! I used the hilarious new Yoga Cats Stamp Set to create this fun mini slimline card.
- Stamp the images from the Yoga Cats Stamp Set onto white cardstock using black alcohol-friendly ink.
- Color the images in using Tombow ABT Pro markers and cut them out using the coordinating dies.
- Trim a piece of white cardstock to 3.5″ x 6″.
- Stamp the leafy branches from the Colorful Vines Stamp Set across the bottom in Verdant, Green Oasis, and Rain Forest Versafine Clair Ink.
- Blend a little Beachside and Whisper Ink around the top edges of the panel with a blending brush.
- Die cut white cardstock using the Mini Slimline Window Cover Die.
- Stamp a sentiment from the Yoga Cats Stamp Set onto white cardstock using Dreamer Ink.
- Die cut it out with the smallest die from the Mini Slimline Window Cover Die Set (using the partial die-cutting technique to make the rectangle smaller).
- Adhere the stamped background panel to a top-folding white card base measuring 3.5″ x 6″ with tape runner.
- Add the die cut background panel on top with foam adhesive.
- Pop the cats on top of the background with foam adhesive and liquid glue.
- Nestle the sentiment behind the one cat and adhere down with more foam adhesive.
