I was inspired by Debby Hughes’ silver and grey masculine card from Day 5 of the Holiday Card Workshop at OnlineCardClasses.com, so I took the card I made here and used this same color scheme to make my masculine version.
I simply embossed the wreath from “Woodland Wreaths” (Wplus9) in silver and the sentiment from “Silver Bells” (Wplus9) in white on grey cardstock. Then I stamped the ribbon in Cherry Cobbler ink for a pop of color and layered this panel on some Neenah Solar White 110# cardstock.
While my cards can sometimes skew masculine already (I have a family that skews masculine as well so the need is greater for these cards), I can’t believe how much time I save when I actually try to make it even more masculine!
I’d love to hear your comments!
Elegant!
Really gorgeous! I have SIlver Bells stamp set – think I need Woodland Wreaths.
WOW!! Stunning for sure!
Love the color combo!
Just love the silver embossing powder with this wreath. I am addicted to this embossing powder and keep reaching for it for everything thing this year. Stunning card.
