Happy Monday friends! Have you checked out all of the gorgeous new holiday products in the July release from Spellbinders? I’m so excited to share a couple of projects made with the new Stitchmas Christmas Collection. Stitching on cards is a fun way to add texture and something unexpected to cards, and the new holiday designs in this collection are perfect for sending warm and cozy greetings to loved ones this year!
I used the Stitched Petal Diamond Background Die Set to create this snowy holiday card…after cutting the design out of some Cosmic Sky Cardstock, I stitched it up in blue and white thread. Once adhered to a top-folding A2-sized white card base, I added a greeting foiled in Cobalt Hot Foil using the Glitter Wishes Glimmer Plate Set and my Glimmer Hot Foil Machine. I finished the card off by adding Crystal Mix Gems to the center of each snowflake.
And here are three more projects I made with these gorgeous stitching dies. The first card uses the new Stitched Joy Die Set atop a background created with the Dazzling Dots Embossing Folder. Next, the Stitched Ornament Die Set is an easy design to stitch…I added it over the Stitched Petal Diamond Background Die Set (see how beautiful it looks without even being stitched!) and foiled another greeting from the Glitter Wishes Glimmer Plate Set. And in the last card, I used the Stitched Diamond Argyle Background Die Set as well as the new Mix & Match Holiday Greetings Die Set and Essential Diamonds Die Set.
