Hello again friends! The March 2025 Club Kits from Spellbinders have been revealed and there are some beautiful backgrounds and sentiment designs this month! Today I’m sharing nine card projects featuring the Large Die of the Month, Small Die of the Month, Stitching Die of the Month, Glimmer Kit of the Month, Clear Stamp of the Month Kit, Embossing Folder of the Month, 3D Embossing Folder of the Month, Clear Stamp & Die of the Month Kits, BetterPress of the Month Kit, Stencil of the Month Kit, and even this month’s Bonus Item (comes with purchase of the Deluxe Caboodle Club)!

LARGE DIE OF THE MONTH
This month’s Large Die of the Month Kit, “Family & Friends Vignettes“, is a huge set of 23 dies that can be used to build three different sweet vignettes including some pretty flowers, a cute dog, and an adorable dinosaur. I used the dies in the set to build a pretty floral bouquet perfect for this Mother’s Day card.
After cutting all of the flowers and leaves out of various colors of cardstock, I built my bouquet on top of the layered archway included in the set, filling in some empty spaces with Gold Mix Gems. The background was created using this month’s 3D Embossing Folder of the Month to emboss a panel of white cardstock. To finish off the card, I added a couple of sentiments foiled in gold using this month’s Glimmer of the Month Kit.
SMALL DIE OF THE MONTH
This month’s Small Die of the Month Kit, “Fairways & Fish Tales“, is an amazing kit perfect for masculine cards. The kit contains 19 cutting dies that allow you to cut a fishing pier scene as well as a golf ball and club. I used the dies in the kit to create a Father’s Day card for my husband featuring his favorite mountain lake fishing spot.
To create the background scene, I started by stenciling the mountains onto white cardstock using the Background Scapes Stencil. Once dry, I ink-blended the water below with Distress Ink and added some sketchy pine trees by hand with my Copic Markers. The foreground was die cut using the Small Die of the Month and I added a sentiment from this month’s Bonus Club Item (comes with purchase of the Deluxe Caboodle Club!) to finish off the card.
CLEAR STAMP & DIE OF THE MONTH KIT
This month’s Clear Stamp of the Month Kit, “Nearest & Dearest” is a set of 7 stamps with all of the sentiments (5 names and 20 sentiments altogether!) you could need for spring occasions and beyond. If your subscription includes the coordinating dies, you’ll also get 6 dies to cut all of the sentiments out. I stamped all of the sentiments in the kit and cut them all out before creating this simple and cute card for my daughter.
In a couple of months, my daughter will perform in her very first dance recital, so I cut the dinosaur in the tutu from the Large Die of the Month Kit out from colors that resemble her dance uniform. I thought a soft vellum border on the archway would complement this pretty little cardlet well and added a pink panel embossed with this month’s Embossing Folder of the Month for some subtle texture. The final touches were the beautiful sentiments stamped in black ink and die cut using this versatile kit.
STITCHING DIE OF THE MONTH
This month’s Stitching Die of the Month is another gorgeous background and sentiment set! “Diamond Knit“ is a set of 4 dies that cut a plaid-like background pattern to be partially stitched as well as two debossed sentiments. I cut the background panel from the kit out of white cardstock, inked it in a radial pattern using Squeezed Lemonade, Twisted Citron, and Mowed Lawn Distress Oxide Ink, and stitched it up with a gold metallic thread to create this simple and sweet Father’s Day card.
Once stitched, I mounted the panel over a piece of Fern Cardstock to give it even more color. I couldn’t trim these panels down without losing the stitches, so I added this all to a slightly larger white card base (4.5″ x 5.75″) with tape runner. To finish off the card, I just added a sentiment foiled in gold using this month’s Glimmer of the Month Kit.
GLIMMER KIT OF THE MONTH
Speaking of the Glimmer Kit of the Month, “We Are All Family” contains 2 Glimmer plates that can be used to create tons of beautiful sentiments. Two included dies will then cut all of the sentiments out. I applied Prism Hot Foil to white cardstock using the large sentiment strip plate as well as the names from the kit for this light and breezy Mother’s Day card.
To create the tone-on-tone background, I applied Salvaged Patina and Peacock Feathers Distress Ink to Seaside Cardstock through some of the stencils included in this month’s Stencil of the Month Kit. Once matted with Mirror Silver Cardstock, I added the background to a top-folding A2-sized white card base. To accent my pretty sentiments, I added a few Crystal Mix Gems.
EMBOSSING FOLDER OF THE MONTH
This month’s Embossing Folder of the Month…“Mosaic Memories“ is a floral-like pattern that is subtle enough for both feminine and masculine cards. Here I embossed some Cosmic Sky Cardstock using the folder to create this simple and fun card for a golf-loving guy in my life.
The golf scene was created with a combination of the ball and tee from this month’s Small Die of the Month Kit along with the archway from this month’s Large Die of the Month. You can add a golf club to the card too if you’d like, but I wanted to keep mine pretty simple. To finish off the card, I added another sentiment from this month’s Bonus Club Item (comes with purchase of the Deluxe Caboodle Club!).
3D EMBOSSING FOLDER OF THE MONTH
This month’s 3D Embossing Folder of the Month, “Floral Fence of Togetherness” is another beautiful and versatile design! You can choose to include the corner floral element on your panel or just emboss the chain-link fence design. I blended some Salvaged Patina and Peacock Feathers Distress Ink on Seaside Cardstock, embossed the panel with the folder, and then rubbed a white pigment ink pad over the surface to bring the design out a bit more.
Once dry, I matted the panel with Raven Cardstock and added it to a top-folding A2-sized white card base with tape runner. The beautiful sentiments were stamped in black ink and die cut using this month’s Clear Stamp & Die of the Month. Crystal Mix Gems were added to embellish.
STENCIL OF THE MONTH
This month’s Stencil of the Month, “Mosaic & Quilted Memories” is a set of 5 A2 background layering stencils that creates two different layered background patterns – one that coordinates with this month’s Embossing Folder of the Month and another that coordinates with this month’s BetterPress of the Month. I started by applying Gold Hot Foil to white cardstock using the BetterPress of the Month Kit and then added Kitsch Flamingo, Dried Marigold, and Salvaged Patina Distress Ink through the stencils from the kit.
I again cut one of the archways from the Large Die of the Month Kit (it’s such a great grounding element!) and added some Kitsch Flamingo Distress Ink to the bottom to soften the look. The large sentiment was cut from Mirror Gold and white cardstock using the Vivid Script Sentiments Die Set and I added some pretty subsentiments from this month’s Glimmer Kit of the Month foiled in gold.
BETTERPRESS OF THE MONTH
Lastly, this month’s BetterPress of the Month Kit, “Quilted Memories“, contains 3 press plates that create a beautiful background as well as two pretty sentiments with a coordinating die. I was in a foiling mood this month, so I applied Prism Hot Foil to Lilac Cardstock using the plates for this simple and pretty friend card.
Once foiled, I added some Wilted Violet and Villainous Potion Distress Ink to the bottom of the panel to add some depth and interest. After I popped the sentiment up on top of the card, I added a few tiny blooms from this month’s Large Die of the Month Kit to embellish. I love how simple and pretty this card is!
