I thought this month’s Large Die of the Month Kit was so clever, I wanted to have another go at it…and since I can’t help but turn every tree I see into an autumn one, I thought I would use bright fall colors too. The tree and leaves were cut from Timber, Crimson, Poppy Field, Persimmon, Saffron, Waterfall, and Lilac Blossom Cardstock with accents of Mirror Gold. My sentiment, from the add-on Flowering Tree Sentiments Die Set, was layered in Mirror Gold and Timber Cardstock for an extra oomph.
The card base was all cut from white cardstock. After blending Tumbled Glass, Salty Ocean, Twisted Citron, Mowed Lawn, and Rustic Wilderness Distress Oxide Ink over the pieces to create a bold and bright scene, I assembled the base with liquid glue. The tree and sentiments were added next, and then I scattered a few extra colorful leaves on each step to finish off this fun autumn card.
