The beautiful scene-building designs in many of the June Club Kits from Spellbinders are so much fun, I thought it was worth taking one more look at them today. Today I’m focusing on the Large Die of the Month and Clear Stamp of the Month Kits to create this fun card perfect for sending some well wishes to a outdoor enthusiast.
I started by cutting long strips of green, white, brown, and kraft cardstock with the color block die from the Large Die of the Month Kit, “Colorblock Circles & Stripes“. Then I trimmed a piece of scrap paper to 4.125″ x 5.375”, covered it in adhesive, and laid the strips on top randomly before trimming off any excess with scissors.
I created the circular frame out of the same green cardstock using the squiggle die and added a white backing. (I thought the circular images I would be using from the Clear Stamp of the Month Kit looked like nature badges, so these colors were inspired by girl scout uniforms!)
I stamped the three circular scene images from the Clear Stamp of the Month Kit onto white cardstock using Hero Arts Intense Black Ink before coloring them with Copic markers and cutting them out with the circle dies from the Large Die of the Month Kit. Then I stamped the sentiment from the kit onto white cardstock and cut it into a small fishtail banner using one of the banner dies from the More Sentiments Glimmer Hot Foil Plate Set.
To assemble, I adhered the striped background to a top-folding A2-sized white card base with tape runner, and then popped the circular frame on top with foam adhesive. Then I added the images and sentiment banner to the card front with more foam adhesive.
I hope you enjoyed this pretty nature-inspired card and thanks so much for stopping by today. You can subscribe to any of the Spellbinders Clubs now and never miss a fun kit like these again!

What a neat card! I especially love how you put together the circles using the squiggly die. Love the scenes, & you are so right, they do remind me of scout badges. Thanks for the great memories!
Thank you so much Sharon!
