This card came together pretty quickly after I decided against triple- or quadruple-stamping the wreath with this set from Wplus9 (“Woodland Wreaths”)…as it turns out, the one layer works perfectly by itself.
The wreath was stamped in Old Olive ink from Stampin’ Up and decorated with pearls that I either left white or colored a deep red with alcohol markers. Then I popped the ribbon from the set, die cut with coordinating dies and stamped in Cherry Cobbler ink (SU), up over the wreath and gave it some glitter with a Wink of Stella clear glitter marker.
To finish it off, I stamped a sentiment from the “Silver Bells” set from Wplus9 in Versafine Onyx Black ink. This is a perfect card for mass production, since it only took a few minutes to make once I decided on the final design. Have a look at my masculine take on this card here.
Thanks for stopping by and I’d love to hear your comments!
This one is fun, too. Both versions are great.
Gorgeous card, going to have to look into Wplus9! And going to look at your masculine version.
Bothe versions are really need. Love the stamp set.
Have this stamp set on order since I don’t have a wreath stamp at all. Love the deep green and the pearls to bling. Wonderful job.
