I’m back today with a quick card project featuring stamps from both the Pandamonium and Speech Patterns sets by Pink & Main. I chose this adorable panda peeking out from the teapot because he reminded me of my little kitten Blooter… she always seems to be popping out of the strangest places to say “hello” (usually hiding in the back of closets or something and scaring me half to death!).
After deciding on the image, I found this paper lantern patterned paper (Bo Bunny “Lemonade Stand” collection) and let it serve as both my background and color inspiration. My image is colored with Copic markers that matched the green and orange lanterns and popped up over a partial circle inked with Black Soot Distress Ink. The sentiment, from the Speech Patterns set, was stamped in Versamark ink and heat embossed in white on some scrap black cardstock. I decided to keep my design pretty simple and finished the card off with just a single little green enamel heart.
I’ll be back on Friday with more Silhouette inspiration…thanks for stopping by today and I’d love to hear your thoughts!
