Happy Halloween! Today’s freebie is a simple printable sign inspired by my former residence – a high-rise apartment building with lots of cute kids in costumes who didn’t know which apartment doors they could knock on while trick-or-treating. As residents, we would place tragic-looking photocopied signs on our doors to indicate that we had candy to give…so if you’re in this situation, or you just want some simple last-minute Halloween decor, please feel free to download the files below.
The signs are in pdf format and each is sized to print on a single sheet of 8.5″ x 11″ paper. I like to use the 65# textured cardstock from American Crafts for simple printables…it feeds through normal inkjet printers easily and the texture just adds a nice touch. And if you’re interested in cutting them out, they’re a nice simple shape to cut by hand.
