Looking for a cute way to wrap up some Easter treats? These white pearl gumballs reminded me of Easter eggs, so I thought it would be fun to send some off to my nieces and nephews in a festive Easter “basket-box” I cut using my Silhouette CAMEO. The triangle treat box (design #53697) I used is easy to assemble if you glance through the photo tutorial first on Jamie Lane’s website here.
I added a tag and sentiment using the adorable “Bunny Costume” stamp set from Pink & Main. After I had colored the top half of the image with my Copic markers to match the patterned paper I used for my box, I cut it out with a circle die and layered this onto a green scalloped circle mat.
Before filling and sealing my box, I stamped a sentiment in white Staz-On ink on the outside of the acetate and then glued this piece firmly in place with some Ranger Multi-Medium Matte. I love stamping acetate like this, because the recipient always seems to wonder how you were able to get the message right there!
I hope you enjoyed this quick Easter project and thanks so much for stopping by today. As always, I would love to hear your comments!
This is just adorable!
Thank you so much Sue!
