Ready for a peek at the newest release from Divinity Designs? April’s release is full of beautiful stamps, dies, and even a stencil that are perfect for Mother’s Day and feminine cards. I used the Great Faith stamp and die set for this easy card, paired with the new Delicate Doily die and a pretty page from the Weathered Wood paper pad. These florals are absolutely gorgeous and I colored them super bright with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Pens to contrast with the mostly neutral background.
Have you ever tried making a Twist & Pop card? This new die set makes it super easy! After diecutting all of the components (including a card base using the A2 Portrait Card Base die set), I embellished the front with more of the same floral images and a sentiment from the Great Faith stamp and die set. Pulling the colors from the Baby Girl paper pad that I used on both the interior and exterior of the card, I colored the hibiscus flowers in shades of cream and coral with Copic markers.
The inside is embellished with a few more sentiments and a couple of flowers from the Great Faith stamp and die set. I left a little room to add a personal message as well. Fancy-fold cards were never my “thing” until I found some of the 3D dies from Divinity Designs…the detailed instructions coupled with a set of dies that do all the hard work for you makes creating these types of projects a breeze!
I hope you enjoyed this peek at some of the newest products from Divinity Designs this month and thanks so much for stopping by today. For more inspiration using the April release, head over to the Divinity Designs blog to check out projects from the other designers!
