Too late in the year to still be posting Christmas projects? I hope not, because I’m still making them! Just stopping in today to share this card I made with an adorable image called “Giving” from the Mulberry Wood Collection at Crafter’s Companion.
After stamping it in Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto some Ultra Smooth Premium White Cardstock, I colored the image with my Spectrum Noir markers (colors listed below). Since I had colored over the falling snow with my markers, I added them back in with a white gel pen at the end. The sentiment was stamped in red ink for emphasis.
I added a scalloped square mat to my image and popped it up over some gorgeous gold foil polka dotted paper. A little bow of red ribbon from Michaels (at 70% off in the Christmas section!) finished off my bright and festive card.
I hope you enjoyed this quick card project…anyone else still working on those last minute holiday cards?
