Hi all! Today I’m so excited to be participating in a blog hop celebrating the gorgeous new Birthday Release from Rubbernecker. I thought the For Each Other Stamp Set was just too adorable to pass up, so I added an easy striped background to these little bunnies for a cute love card perfect for Valentine’s Day (or any other day!).
- Stamp the bunnies from the For Each Other Stamp Set onto white cardstock with black alcohol-friendly ink.
- Color them in with Tombow ABT Pro markers and cut them out with the coordinating dies.
- Trim a piece of Pink Sand Cardstock to 4″ x 5.25″ and stamp the Horizontal Stripe Background onto it using white pigment ink for a soft and subtle striped background.
- Stamp a sentiment from the For Each Other Stamp Set onto Dahlia Cardstock in Versamark Ink, add white embossing powder, and melt with a heat tool.
- Die cut the sentiment out using the largest die from the Mini Slimline Tabbed Scallop Stitch Die Set, positioning the sentiment all the way at the bottom of the panel and trimming just a bit off the top of the die-cut to fit on an A2-sized card nicely.
- Adhere the striped panel onto a top-folding A2-sized white card base with foam adhesive.
- Tie a bow of white twine around the top of the insert panel and then adhere it to the card front with foam adhesive.
- Pop the bunnies up above the sentiment and add Crystal Mix Gems to embellish.
